No longer in the coach’s scheme, Bhayangkara FC writes off Renan Silva | Bolaindo

Bhayangkara FC has officially released foreign midfielder, Renan Silva, secretly. The Brazilian left, despite still having a contract until February 2022.

Bhayangkara FC’s media officer, Anggra Bratama, confirmed that Renan was released by mutual agreement. He is reportedly not included in coach Paul Munster’s scheme for the 2021-2022 League 1 second round.

“That’s right, Renan Silva has been released based on the coach’s decision and evaluation. As for the contract, it should only end in February,” said Anggra via text message.

Meanwhile, Renan Silva has said goodbye to Bhayangkara FC since five days ago. He says its time to go and find a new challenge.

“It has been two beautiful years at this club, with collective and individual achievements. But, now is the time for a new challenge,” Renan wrote on his personal Instagram account.

“I would like to thank all my teammates, fans and management for all their support during this time. Even from far away I will always pray and encourage you. Thank you Bhayangkara FC family,” he continued.

During the first round of Liga 1 2021-2022, Renan Silva also did not always start. He only played 12 games, started seven times and scored two goals.

After being released by Bhayangkara FC, Renan Silva was rumored to be close to another League 1 club, namely Madura United. Incidentally they had just released two foreign players.
