Jakarta, ONENEWS.MY.ID – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has a new issuer listing its shares on the first trading day of 2022. In addition, several issuers have also submitted their business plans and achievements last year.

ONENEWS.MY.ID has summarized nine issuer events in yesterday’s trading Monday (3/1/2022) for consideration before today’s trading, Tuesday (4/1/2022) opens.

1. New PPRE Contract Reaches IDR 5.6 Trillion in 2021

PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) noted that the value of new contracts throughout 2021 reached Rp 5.6 trillion, a double increase compared to 2020 worth Rp 2.8 trillion. The acquisition of this new contract was also recorded to have exceeded the 2021 target by 153%.

PPRE President Director Rully Noviandar said the new contract records came from continuous efforts, so that at the end of the year the company still recorded new contracts of Rp 280 billion in the form of mining development and civil work projects.

“The achievement of the new PPRE contract in 2021, which increased by 100% year on year, even exceeding the target, is an achievement in itself to be proud of because the acquisition of the new contract has even almost recovered, like the achievement in 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic hit. This is what triggers our optimism to increase the acquisition of new contracts in 2022,” said Rully, in a written statement, Monday (3/1/2022).

2. Data Center Consolidation, Telkom Takes Over Rp 2 T Grandson of Business

The state-owned telecommunications company PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) is consolidating its data center subsidiary through its subsidiary PT Sigma Tata Sadaya (STS). This company was recently taken over by Telkom through PT Sigma Cipta Caraka, its subsidiary company.

Director of Network & IT Solution Telkom Herlan Wijanarko said STS will later become a Data Center Co. TelkomGroup through Hyperscale Data Center (HDC) assets.

“With the total HDC capacity being built in stages of 75MW, and in the future it will also be consolidated with all data centers in the TelkomGroup, it is expected to reach the market massively with the support of the strongest triplehoming fiber optic network owned by the TelkomGroup,” said Heri in a press release Monday. 3. Bukalapak & Salim Group Receive Allo Bank’s New Shares

E-commerce issuer PT Tbk (BUKA) and the Salim Group will become shareholders of the digital bank issuer owned by national entrepreneur Chairul Tanjung, PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (BBHI). The two companies entered BBHI’s shares through a capital increase scheme by issuing Pre-emptive Rights (HMETD) or rights issue.

According to BBHI’s brief prospectus on Monday (12/3/2021), after the rights issue, Bukalapak will hold 2,497,816,903 shares or 11.49% of Allo Bank’s total shares.

Meanwhile, the Salim Group, through PT Indolife Investama Perkasa, will own 1,303,815,386 shares or equivalent to 6.00% of BBHI’s total shares. This is with the assumption that all shareholders and strategic investors who get the transfer of Rights from the Main Shareholder, namely PT Mega Corpora, exercise their rights to buy new shares.

4. Top! BSDE’s Profit Soared by 154.18% to IDR 930 M

The property company belonging to the Sinarmas group, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) recorded a profit for the period of Rp. 930.77 billion during the first nine months of 2021. This figure skyrocketed by 154.18% year on year (YoY) compared to the previous period. the same as the previous year which was valued at Rp. 366.17 billion.

Based on the company’s financial statements, the net profit per share at the end of the period reached Rp 44.51 from the previous Rp 18.65.

The company’s revenue in that period reached Rp 5.16 trillion, grew 20.74% YoY from the previous Rp 4.27 trillion at the end of September 2020.

5. New RIGS Controller Ready for Mandatory Tender, Check the Schedule

The new controller for shipping company PT Rig Tenders Tbk (RIGS), PT Surya Indah Muara Pantai, has announced a schedule for a mandatory tender offer after the company acquired a barge charter company from Scomi Marine Services Pte. Ltd. who was the previous owner.

Based on the prospectus submitted, a tender offer must be made for RIGS shares owned by entitled shareholders with a maximum number of 118,533,000 shares representing 19.46% of the total issued and fully paid shares.

“The offering price is IDR 277 for each share,” the prospectus wrote, quoted Monday (3/1/2022).

6. Drop TV Ads, Issuer Erick Loses IDR 19.6 Billion in Q3-2020

The media issuer owned by the Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir, PT Mahaka Media Tbk (ABBA), posted a net loss attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp 19.60 billion in the period 30 September 2020. This loss was deeper than the same period in the previous year. IDR 5.01 billion.

This caused ABBA’s basic loss per share to increase from minus Rp 1.82 per share to minus Rp 7.12 per share.

In the first nine months of 2020, the company recorded net sales of IDR 107.96 billion, a decrease of 47.11% from September 2019 which was IDR 204.13 billion.

7. Listing, Boy Thohir Coal Company Touches ARA

The shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR) rose 35% or experienced an auto reject (ARA) to Rp. 135/share when they were first listed on the stock exchange. Today is the first trading day for this subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO).

The shares traded 19.59 million shares with a value of Rp 2.64 billion 892 times. ADMR has a market capitalization of IDR 5.52 trillion.

President Director Iwan Dewoyono Budiyuwono said the company’s main activities are metallurgical coal mining through its subsidiaries, mining services and management consulting services.

8. For Formula E, Ancol owes Rp 905 billion to Bank DKI

A company owned by the DKI Jakarta Government, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) made a loan to Bank DKI worth Rp 905 billion. This loan will be used by the company for working capital and to refinance its debt which will mature in the near future.

Based on the disclosure of information submitted by the company, PJAA has just signed a credit agreement with this affiliated bank.

In detail, the funds are worth Rp. 398 billion in the form of working capital loans (KMK) which will be used for working capital. This agreement was executed on September 16, 2021 and has a tenor of one year.

9. Step on Gas in 2022, MTEL Prepares 4 Business Focuses

PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) has prepared various business strategies in 2022.
